4) The Changes of convergence are changing the way people are behaving.
5) Newspaper Circulation Is down 7 million over the last 25 years.
6) But In the last 5 years, Unique readers of online newspapers are up 30 million.

Regulating the internet

1) Firstly, I believe the big negative issues surrounding the internet at this moment of time is the fact that people can access pornographic/explicit content and also find out information about others within 10 minutes as it is not regulated.

2) Therefore, the persons responsible for my internet regulation system would be an independent company responsible for making sure peoples identity and personal information is safe.

3) At the moment, There is already an Independent regulator and competition authority for the UK communications industries Called Ofcom who could regulate the internet but at the moment it is only involved in overseeing the working of broadcasters and telecom providers and to protect consumers.

4) Furthermore, I do believe that the internet needs a new organisation that is solely dedicated to regulate the internet 24/7.

5) The regulation would then be monitored by ofcom to make sure they are doing there job properly and making the internet a safer and far better environment to browse the web.

6) However, the disadvantages of the internet being regulated is that, people will feel uneasy with the knowledge that their every click is being watched. Also they may not feel happy knowing that the internet regulators could know private details such as their bank details or address.

Here is the film advert from the 2010 hit Prince of Persia. As you can see the name of the film automatically reflects to the main character shown in the centre in a long shot.

Firstly, the grey and misty clouds in the background could connote to the audience that war is occurring or difficult times are in hand for the main character. Overall the background creates a very mysterious impression of the movie. However, the title at the top of the poster “Defy the future” denotes that there may be trouble within the storyline which could be due to conflict.
Furthermore, from the characters serious facial expression, this could denote and signify to the audience that he is the only one that can save people or perhaps stop evil things occurring in the movie. From an audience’s point of view, the mood is mystifying and suggests that the movie may have ‘thriller’ scenes and action packed moments.

The representation of the advert is very simple as there is only one close up shot of the “prince” in the centre to instantly engage the audience, especially with the character in a combative stance which furthermore emphasises action and excitement. This type of shot is effective because it allows the audience to see the facial expressions closely which denotes seriousness and could connote passion and pride. Also, there is only a small amount of writing which creates a simple yet effective advert because as a viewer, you don’t want too much information as it short and snappy but yet engaging like this advert successfully does.

Furthermore, the composition and colours used in the advert all fit together perfectly and work together to create an effective advert where it successfully engages their target audience into persuading them to watch the film.
